Shipping
Our goal is to get your order to you safely, and in a reasonable amount of time, generally 5 business days once the order is completed.
We use
UPS Ground, Fedex or Air Group Express to ship all of our orders, whichever is most cost effective.
Our furniture orders are packed carefully in double strength cardboard boxes with foam and wrap to ensure safe delivery. Each delivery in insured for the retail value of the purchase.

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGES, PLEASE INSPECT ALL DELIVERIES FOR DAMAGES.
1) If the carton is damaged, when you sign for the package,
YOU MUST NOTE THE DAMAGE TO THE CARTON ON THE FREIGHT RECEIPT. If upon opening the package, you see the item is damaged, you must call our freight service SOS at 1-800-226-0759 ext. 211 to report the damage. You must also keep the shipping carton and all packing materials as the freight carrier will want to inspect the items. If you can, send a picture of the damaged carton and item to sosflexwhse@optonline.net. Our freight company will file a claim with the carrier.
2) If the carton is not damaged, and you open the carton to find the item has been damaged in transit, you must call our freight service
SOS at 1-800-226-0759 ext. 211 to report the damage. You must also keep the shipping carton and all packing materials as the freight carrier will want to inspect the items. If you can, send a picture of the damaged item to: sosflexwhse@optonline.net. Our freight company will file a claim with the carrier.

Return Policy
Given the custom production for each item, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If the merchandise is opened and defective, the defective merchandise will be replaced once the item is returned. Please call 1-800-381-6549 to notify us of your defective item.
